2. Place webbing inside S-Buckle and pull tight. Ensure there are no twists. This will lock the webbing inside the S-Buckle.

3. Clip the metal locking hook onto the EST. Exercises become more difficult as the attachment point approaches the handle. Once you are at the handle, you are at a level of difficulty equal to standard rings.

3. Insert your arms through the sleeve and adjust for comfort, if necessary.

Adjusting for Arm Size

For taller or shorter individuals, it is possible to adjust the position of the handle on the Elite Strength Trainer.

1. Using the supplied tool, remove the bolt on each side of the handle.

2. Place handle in desired position and replace bolts. Do not forget to put the washer on the bolt. Gently tighten. For longer arms, place the handle in the most distant hole.

Other Notes

Do not place the straps over an abrasive surface. It can cause damage to the straps.
Do not swing on the Elite Strength Trainer or attempt to perform dismounts or any type of dislocating skills.
