Welcome to the Ringtraining.com Distribution Program. If you own a store, online or brick and mortar, you should carefully consider selling our products. Your cusotmers will appreciate having innovative products that are not available in retail outlets. We offer two different distribution options. If you run an online store, either option will work fine, depending on whether or not you want to ship the items yourself. If you sell directly to customers, then the wholesale option is your best choice.

Drop-Shipping To join this program, you will need the ability to accept payment from your customers and process the orders. All you need to do is send us the addresses of your recipients and we will ship the products for you. You will be required to have a credit card on file with our company. We will charge you as soon as your order(s) ship out, less a 22.5% commission. This is an excellent option for anyone with an e-commerce website. Wholesale You can buy any of our products in batches of 10, 25 and 50 units. The commission rate starts at 27.5% and goes up for higher quantities. We will ship the rings to you and you will be responsible for accepting payment and delivering the products to your customers. Terms of this Agreement

Power Athletes, LLC reserves the right to terminate any affiliate by written notice, electronic or paper, with or without cause. You are entitled to commissions earned during the period after your acceptance and prior to your termination from the Affilate Program. We maintain the right to refuse acceptance into this program to any person without further explanation.

Power Athletes, LLC may modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time by postings to this web page, the affiliates login page or any additional information pertaining to our affiliate program, including e-mails. You are entitled to quit the Affiliate Program at any time. Your participation in this program implies acceptance of this agreement in its entirety and any modifications made.

We are not liable for any losses of profit, directly or indirectly related to your involvement in our Affiliate Program. Further, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees paid or payable to you under this agreement.

Payment structures are different for each program. Please examine each one carefully. Affiliate commissions cannot be combined with any other offer.

Drop-Shipping program members will be charged the subtotal price, less the commission rate, plus the cost of shipping. The commission rate is calculated as 22.5% of the current price of the product. This includes the sale price, but not special offers. It is your responsibility to collect payment in its entirety from your customers. Power Athletes, LLC is not responsible for loss of profit due to any failure to collect payment.

Wholesale program members agree to pay in full prior to shipment from Power Athletes, LLC. After shipment, ownership of the goods is transferred to you. We are under no further obligation to provide support or service to these goods or their future owners.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Seattle, Washington. You accept the jurisdiction of such courts and you may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such a provision at a later time.

By participating in any of these programs, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
