The Elite Rings are a truly three-dimensional training experience. Not only do the rings move side to side and twist, but they can also be height-adjusted for multi-level workouts. The most important advantage of training on gymnastics rings is that you have full control over your path on pull-ups, dips, pushups and every other exercise. As a result, your joints are allowed to track naturally and painlessly.

The Elite Rings are made of a lightweight, but strong, polycarbonate plastic. They are far lighter than our previous generation of steel rings. The inside of our rings are filled with ribs that provide extra strength with a minimal increase in weight. It also gives it a cool appearance. Some people say it looks like the rings are filled with DNA. Our rings are also lightly textured for a secure grip, but still comfortable to be used with bare hands.
Another advanced feature of our new rings is the mounting system. By passing the strap through the ring, instead of around it, you can stabilize the strap laterally so that it does not move during exercise. It also allows you to slide the buckle out of the way when it is not in use. This eliminates unnecessary abrasions that can occur when the buckle hits your arm.
Traditional gymnastics rings are fixed at one height, overhead. At this height, an unbelievable number of exercises can be performed. However, there is no way to spot yourself, so you have to be very strong to do everything at this height. To overcome this, most gyms have a second set of rings at stomach height. This allows exercises to be performed safely and with spotting. The Elite Rings take this one step further by allowing you to take the rings all the way do to the floor for the ultimate in safety and support.

The buckle we use is rated for 2500 lbs and adjusts very easily via the spring-loaded lever. You can go from high to low in seconds.

The Elite Rings weigh approximately 2.5 lbs and fit easily in a backpack or gym bag. You can take them out and set them up over a pullup bar or squat rack at the gym, monkey bars or a swing set at the park or a sturdy tree branch just about anywhere.
