"I just wanted to let you know our results after incorporating the Power Rings into our dryland training during the past year. We made significant gains in upper body strength as measured by assisted pullups, and rowing. We broke 3 Big Ten Conference all time records and we won half of the swimming events at the Big Ten Swimming Championships. I believe that the rings are the best way to increase upper body and core strength, particularly in females. I have found the video to be very helpful in giving us new exercises to incorporate into our training next year. Thanks again for making a great product!”

"Rings are great for pull-ups and chin-ups, and they are a lot kinder to the elbows than the straight bar. All of the ring drills have a fun, athletic feel to them and are brutal on the prime mover and stabilizer muscles alike. The great variety of exercises is limited only by your imagination. Competition gymnastics rings are pricey and you don't need them anyway. I like the rings from ringtraining.com. They are light enough to throw in a gym bag and you can hook them up to a power rack or basement rafters and take them down in seconds."

"Thank you very much for the PowerRings. These sinister Power Rings are helping me build the kind of sick strength I need to climb above my limit. The degree of body tension and stabilization necessary to engage an exercise with these devices is insane. The benefits far surpass what I can achieve with conventional free weight equipment. As a result, I have restructured my antagonist and abdominal workout routine entirely around the implementation of PowerRings. I believe that the implementation of PowerRings will revolutionize integrated full-body functional strength training applications for gymnastic power athletes more than any other apparatus currently available. I appreciate you helping me surpass my current level of strength to achieve my athletic goals."

"I briefly played on them yesterday evening....I can tell that they are going to be a real treat to workout on. The stabilization needed for dips was incredible. I could feel all of those little muscles firing away. The rings are great, still can't get over how many different exercises you can do on such a simple piece of equipment.....good stuff!"

Thanks for producing an excellent product. The rings challenge my strength and stability like no other training apparatus I've ever used. I think they've even helped my bum shoulder heal due to the more natural joint movements compared to fixed objects like dip bars and pullup bars. As a personal trainer, my more advanced clients love the the challenge of the rings also.

"Got the rings last week. Great job!! The thicker construction makes them much easier to grab for those who are just learning the muscle-up. The first day I had my students doing stations between pullups, hanging leg raises, push-ups/dips. Really versatile piece of equipment that allows us to involve that important pulling motion into our group class. Not to mention a helluva lot of fun! Thanks again."

"Our clients love the rings. It's the one thing they all want to use. They challenge even our most advanced athletes. I'm striving to send them all to the "muscle-up" club one day. Thanks for designing a great product. It's definitely one of a kind!"

"I love these rings! Saturday I had a gymnastics coach out to the farm and he thought they were a great idea and well constructed. Jeff was a high ranked college gymnastic way back when and still coaches occasionally. We worked on front and back levers, kip ups, and my false grip. Jeff was impressed by my "almost" front lever. I showed him the article from your e-magazine, and he thought that was a fantastic way to work up to both legs fully extended. I'm more than 75% there. If I continue progressing as I am now, I anticipate being able to hold one in a couple months. I will grab a short digital video when I make it and send it to CrossFit. I have to tell you, these rings were worth every penny. Rings, kettlebells, parallettes and CrossFit have added so much fun to this old girl's workouts I don't spend much time riding my motorcycle anymore! Have to go figure out how to practice handstand pushups on these things without killing myself. Thank you for a wonderful product and great internet sites."
